Harry Ransom Center Lobby

The Ransom Center has spaces that are available to University of Texas colleges and departments, and groups with a University affiliation, for presentations, meetings, receptions, lectures, and screenings. These spaces are on the first and third floors of the Ransom Center.

To request use of space on the first and/or third floor, please complete and submit the Space Use Request Form. The request form provides information about costs associated with spaces. Ransom Center programming staff will review all requests.

The three classrooms on the second floor of the Ransom Center are not available for general University access. These rooms are reserved for courses that require extensive use of Ransom Center collection material. To request a classroom, please contact Kristin Ware at 512-471-9119 or ware_kristin@mail.utexas.edu
