- Selected materials and co-wrote labels for Inside El Salvador (2008), The Mystique of the Archive (2008), Making Movies (2010), Viva Mexico's Independence (2010), and Becoming Tennessee Williams (2011)
- Developed content for exhibition keepsakes, press pages, and promotional videos
- Developed educational materials for self-guided and docent-led gallery tours
Performing Arts
- Created a preliminary description for the Edith Lutyens Bel Geddes papers
- Prioritized Norman Bel Geddes sound recordings for digitization
- Edited metadata for digitized costume designs in the B. J. Simmons records
Archives and Visual Materials Processing
- Cataloged at least 17 manuscript collections
- Conducted preliminary organizational work for several larger collections
- Worked (or are currently working) with archivists on several large cataloging projects related to the B. J. Simmons, David Mamet, Morris Ernst, and Eric Walter White papers
Development
- Researched grant prospects including foundations, corporations, and governmental agencies
- Assisted with grant applications
- Arranged and participated in tours for major donor prospects and other guests
- Wrote articles for the newsletter and other development publication
Art
- Provided research for exhibition proposals related to Picasso's Suite Vollard and Robert Motherwell's a la Pintura exhibition
- Assisted art staff in inventorying, packing, and moving collection material from the Flawn Academic Center to the Harry Ransom Center
- Researched Mexican caricaturist Jose Guadalupe Posada and translated the Spanish text found throughout this artist's historical broadsides
- Researched artist Dante Gabriel Rossetti and artists in the collection selected for the Ransom Center's exhibition A Cabinet of Drawings; created a bibliography on those artists
Public Affairs
- Researched and wrote pieces for the Ransom Center's communication outlets, including:
