Tom Borders received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and an M.A. from the University of Michigan. He was co-founder and former CEO of Borders Books Shop, Inc. and is currently President of Midtown Group, Inc. Borders is the Managing Member of Hogarth Management, a Director of the Bank of Ann Arbor, on the Advisory Board at the University of Texas Press, and is on the Board of Directors of the Tapestry Foundation.
He and his wife Carmel live in Austin.
