Frank Needham is an attorney with Needham Vernone and has been practicing law in Texas since 1985. He graduated from Duke University in 1981 with a B.A. in English. In 1984, he graduated from Southern Methodist University School of Law. He served on the United States District Court, Northern District of Texas, and the United States Tax Court.
Mr. Needham is a member of the Dallas Bar Association (Member: Probate, Trusts and Estate Section); State Bar of Texas; and the Texas Bar Foundation (Elected Fellow, 1996). His areas of practice include civil practice, litigation, estate planning, probate, trust law, estate administration and corporate law. He has an AV rating with Martindale-Hubbell, serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Oak Cliff Cemetery Association, and is an avid golfer.
Frank was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and lives with his wife, Karen, and two sons, Connor and Chase, in Plano, Texas.
