This web exhibition was curated by Doug Wixson, Professor Emeritus at the University of Missouri-Rolla, and the author of Worker-Writer in America: Jack Conroy and the Tradition of Midwestern Literary Radicalism, 1898-1990 (1994) and On the Dirty Plate Trail: Remembering the Dust Bowl Refugee Camps (2007). He is currently researching a biography of Sanora Babb.
