The protest letters against Miss Leigh have dropped con-
siderably.

I received a total of 87 letters for the week of Feb.
13th and only 11 were protests against Miss Leigh.

Most of the mail came from people seeking movie careers,
offering furniture, pictures, wearing apparel, songs and
confederate money for use in the picture.

Received three more letters of thanks for our long letter
regarding Miss Leigh.

Three cards of protest against Leslie Howard as Ashley.

Seven more friends of Vina Mae Harmer wrote in asking that
she be used in GONE WITH THE WIND.
