Tour Request Form

We are now accepting tour requests for the exhibitions Literature and Sport and Contemporary Photographic Practice and the Archive.

Admission and tours are free. Your donation supports the Ransom Center's exhibitions and public programs.

Please note: Submission of this form does not ensure a tour reservation. It is a request for a tour, and we will contact you soon to make tour arrangements and provide you with an official confirmation. There is NO tour reservation until an official confirmation is received. If you have questions or if you haven’t heard from us within five business days, please contact us at 512-475-8086 or hrctours@austin.utexas.edu.

Note: This form cannot be used to request second-floor classrooms, which are reserved for courses that require extensive use of collection materials. To request a classroom, please contact Lynne Maphies at 512-471-9119 or lmaphies@mail.utexas.edu.
