Graduate Internship Application Procedure


Graduate Interns work with the Office of Reference and Research Services providing general support for Harry Ransom Center programs and services, which may include answering research queries, processing collections, digital projects, preserving collections, teaching and classroom presentations, planning exhibitions, editorial work, database management, and website enhancement projects.

Applicants should submit a cover letter, résumé, and at least one letter of recommendation before March 31, 2019.

Paper copies are not required, but letters should be signed. Letters of recommendation may be submitted separately from the applicant's cover letter and résumé before March 31, 2019.

Internship appointments for the academic year 2019–2020 will be announced after May 1, 2019, and will be effective September 1, 2019–August 31, 2020.
