Interior view of a hallway, where a poster of one of Duncan's bust portrait's of Picasso leans against one wall. Sitting on the floor in front of the poster is a small vase containing two tulips.

"Picasso at the door of his Château de Vauvenargues, 1962 photograph by DDD. A print was loaned to the 1964 Japanese Picasso retrospective where it was enlarged and used as an exhibit poster. This poster has been in Notre-Dame de Vie from that time. Since Pablo's death, Jacqueline has kept flowers at its side, [circa 1975.]" The Silent Studio, p. 22.
